New Feature: Create an Online Prospectus with the Catalogue Feature

This new tool makes it quick and easy to create a structured, attractive online prospectus directly on your website. Instead of relying only on a downloadable PDF, you can now build a browsable prospectus experience that visitors can read online from any device.

We’re pleased to introduce a new Catalogue feature for Edu-Hub websites.

This is a great way to present your school in a more engaging and accessible way, while still keeping full control of the content through Edu-Hub.

**What it can be used for**

The Catalogue feature is ideal for building an online school prospectus, but it can also be used for other structured content too.

For schools, it works especially well for:

- an online prospectus
- admissions information
- curriculum overviews
- year group information
- club and enrichment guides
- SEND provision summaries
- wraparound care information
- service or provision guides

Each catalogue entry becomes its own page or section within the overall catalogue, allowing you to build up a full prospectus in clear, manageable parts.

**How it works**

In the Edu-Hub admin area, you can add catalogue pages and enter the content for each section yourself.

For each entry, you can add:

- a title
- the main page content
- a summary
- a sort order to control the sequence

This means you can build your prospectus one section at a time, for example:

- Welcome from the Headteacher
- Our Vision and Values
- Early Years
- Curriculum
- Pastoral Support
- Enrichment Opportunities
- Admissions
- Contact Information

Once added, the catalogue displays these sections in order on the website in a browsable format.

**Why this is useful for an online prospectus**

A traditional PDF prospectus can still be useful, but an online prospectus has several advantages.

It can be:

- easier to update
- easier to read on mobile devices
- better for accessibility
- easier for search engines to find
- more engaging for prospective families

It also means you do not need to redesign and re-upload a full PDF every time something changes. You can simply edit the relevant section in Edu-Hub and the website updates straight away.

**How to create your online prospectus**

To get started, go to the Catalogue section in Edu-Hub and begin adding your catalogue pages. Each one can represent a section of your prospectus.

You can then create a page on your website that links to the catalogue, giving visitors a clear way to browse through your school information online.

Because everything is editable in the admin area, it’s a very simple way to build a professional online prospectus without needing any special design software.

**A simple and flexible new tool**

The Catalogue feature gives schools a practical new way to present information in a more polished and structured format. If you want to move beyond static documents and create a more modern online prospectus experience, this is a really useful addition.
