New Feature: Online Appointment Booking for Your Website

We’re pleased to introduce a new appointment booking feature for Edu-Hub websites.

Whether you want to offer school tours, parent meetings, introductory calls or consultations, you can now manage availability through Edu-Hub and let your website do the hard work.

**How it works**

You can set the days and times when you are available for appointments in the Edu-Hub admin area. For example, you might decide that appointments can be booked:

- Mondays from 9am to 12pm
- Tuesdays from 3pm to 6pm
- Thursdays from 9am to 12pm and 3pm to 8pm

These available slots are then shown on your website for visitors to choose from.

When someone selects a time, they enter their details and receive an email asking them to confirm the booking. Once they click the confirmation link, the appointment is secured and that slot is no longer available for anyone else to book.

This helps prevent duplicate bookings while keeping the process simple and user-friendly.

This feature can be useful in lots of different ways, including:

- school tour bookings
- open day appointments
- admissions meetings
- parent consultation slots
- SEND or pastoral meetings
- introductory calls with prospective families
- meetings with external partners or professionals
- one-to-one support sessions

**How to set it up**

Setting up appointments is straightforward.

In the Edu-Hub admin area, go to the Appointments section and add the days and times when you would like to accept bookings. Once that is saved, you can add an appointment button or link to your website page so visitors can open the booking form and choose a suitable time.

If you would like, you can use this on a contact page, admissions page, open events page, or anywhere else it makes sense for your visitors.
